My 3 year son got injured by iron grill

My son's age is 3 years. Last Friday while running he fell down and his cheek got injured by iron grill. One of his cheeks swallowed and became green. Yesterday that is Sunday he did vomiting. I wanted to know If it has any relation with his injury. He has no fever. He is taking meal too but still his cheek is some what swallowed and it has become purple colour.
