My 3.5year old son not freely, he repeats the sentence without knowing meaning & not able to express himself. He understands simple instruction. Weather I should visit the doctor or not or it may be too early to go for a doctor for special child treatment. Please suggest me, since I'm in dilemma. Please do help. Thanks in advance. Archana
