Don't worry, if your baby has received all the scheduled vaccinations, including the booster dose, they're well-protected! Since it's been less than 3 years since the last tetanus dose, we don't need to administer another one now.
Next Steps
For the wound, let's focus on keeping it clean and comfortable for your little one. You can give a painkiller to help soothe any discomfort, and apply an antiseptic cream directly to the wound to promote healing and prevent infection.
Health Tips
Just keep a close eye on the wound and watch for any signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, or increased pain. If you notice anything unusual, don't hesitate to reach out to your pediatrician. Otherwise, your baby is all set!
