My 2 year son has not poop from last 3 days and having gastric and is quite irritated but he is feeding normally

We need more history like is this first time ? What is his diet whole day? Intake of fluids and solids?

buy u can try giving more fluids give home made good more look for balanced diet use local dulcolux pediatric suppository if needed
