My baby's head has become flat at back side. Her age is 3 and half months. If mustard seed pillow is started to use now onwards, will it help to correct the head shape round?

No need to worry...once kid developed roll over it will be alright... As now kid remain lying on supine positine so back of head become flat.

It's not advised to use any kind of bedsheets or pillows until 1 year of age to prevent suffocation during sleep.. Babies should b always placed flat on their back on firm surface

To avoid flat head u need to place the baby on tummy when they are awake.. Called tummy time for atleast 3-5 minutes initially, 2-3 times a day As the baby grows shape will get adjusted
