I saw a youtube video of a doctor suggesting to massage testicles and stomach with flax seed oil made by mixing mustard oil for varicocele...I want to ask that is it totally safe to do so.Also he said we must have flax seed and cinnamon powder daily with warm water...Please let me know about this.I am tensed...Thank you
