Musculoskeletal pain reoccurring

I had musculoskeletal pain on right mid back and ribs...which went away after physiotherapy and medication but after a week of normal condition, similar pain on left side reoccured and is not subsiding with pain killer as well.

Do u have back pain associated with morning stiffness Any history of low back pain in family Total duration of pain Is it more at rest or physical activity Any night pain Any h/o psoriasis or heel pain Kindly see a rheumatologist nearby.
