Hello Due to over streaching of muscles of hand and wrist i got swelling in my arm just below the wrist (on the upper side not on the palm side of forearm). It's being 2 months mow and the swelling is not reducing....and its painless swelling ..... Plz tell me how to eliminate swelling.... And now cold therapy will not work because cold therapy too starting ke 48hours karni hoti hai.... And heat therapy se koi improvement nahi ho rahi.....
