Severe Muscle weakness and numbness in legs and hands, cbc and all vitamin tests are normal , thyroid test was 6.13 plz tell what to do

Weakness requires proper diet. More green veggies in diet and fresh fruits Avoid fatty spicy foods No lifting weights from ground. May require further evaluation and treatment.
