hello looks like uve spinal cord issues.. either ur nerves are getting compressed due to prolapse of vertebrae or due to inflammation d passage of cord hs narrowed...if its in d initial stages..physiothrerapy will help...depending on d severity u may require a surgery...consult a neurosurgeon or othopaedician.

these symptoms suggestive of neuritis kindly consult orthopedician to rule out spondylitis spondylosis canal stenosis compression of nerve roots consult a physician to rule out virus etiology stop taking the tablet....follow the advice of ur doctors.
