Muscle Strain

2021-05-31 05:29:07
I have a muscle strain for last 2/3 days and having a little bit of pain in left side( near rib section) I think I have pulled a muscle during workout. I wanted to know can I continue some light exercise like yoga, pranayam and some cardio or should i give it complete rest unless there is no pain. I am taking Flexura D since yesterday.

If it’s a muscle strain ( sounds like one ) ; you can continue low intensity exercise and give less stress on the muscles of the affected area
Next Steps
1. Follow R-I-C-E protocol ( rest , icing, compression and elevation ) 2. If pain persists , take tab Zerodol Mr odpc * 3 days You should be fine

Take rest for 5 days. Don’t lift any heavy weight. Apply volini thrice daily on the affected area.
