Multiple small red nodes like structures

There are multiple small red nodes like extra growth on the lower edge of the head of the peinus on both sides. Some of them are pale white colour. They donot pain when touched or generally as well. I've tries removing them by hand but it bleeds. I have attached an image from google as well. What do i do about it and How do i cure them?
