USG report::
-there is evidence of multiple small hypo-echoic areas with collection seen in lower quadrant of left breast size 10*11mm, 18*17mm, 5*8 mm n 12*14mm size associated with ductal dilatation.
-Retro-mammary fat/fascial layer and the pectoralis muscles is visualised normally.
-Axillary tail is seen normally
- No axillary lymphadenopathy is noted.
Diagnosis::
