Multiple small acne in face
I started having acne after I moved to Kolkata. Last year after getting doctor's recommendation I took the antibiotics n used benzoyl peroxide n the acne went away
As I was unable to afford laser I stopped the treatment
This year I suffered from acne again- huge pimple in my cheek area which left ugly scars. BP did not work at all and the pimple went away on its own
Now multiple minute pimples have covered my face except forehead n nose
My periods are regular
Do not use makeup

Start with azithromycin 500 mg for three days
Next use clindamycin with adapalene combination for 7 days in morning and continue benzoyl peroxide in evening time only.
Along with it use cap doxt-s 10g twice a day
And revert back with results in 10 days
