Multiple Shoulder Ligament Partial Tears

Have multiple partial tears on my shoulder (MRI scan) after consulting an ortho. He told me to rest my shoulders for 3 months which i did and apply ice packs for the first month, hot packs for the second and only rest for the last. My pain has reduced considerably. It's 6 months now but still i feel some discomfort. Do ligaments heal completely.

Its 3 months now. Yes the ligaments do heal well. However you should do graded supervised physiotherapy to recover your shoulder completely. It is very important.
