Multiple  brown birth marks

My baby is 18 days old , i noticed few brown small patches on left leg and one on back, a big patch on buttock, during discharge, after delivery doctor didn't tell anything about these patches, these brown  patches need any further evaluation or any measures to be taken?? Picture attached
