I have attached the fnac and thyroid ultrasound reports. Please let me know if anything to be scared of.

As there are no significant changes on Ultrasonography as compared to previous scan, I would suggest you get a Tc99 scan of Thyroid. You are welcome to drop in to my clinic which is just 2.5km down the Road on West of Chord Road for a clinical reassessment and second opinion.
