Hello Ma'am,U can use Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabera) powder ,boil 1 tsf in 1 glass of water, Remaining 1/4 approx.filter and drink warm in throat problems, lung's problems etc Kaffa vikar,and Cold in acidity etc pitta vikar ,Please examine deeply Mulethi it should not be too old
