Hi, I'm sneezing or we can say when I'm clearing my nose, I see little black muscus. can you let me know, what needs to be done.

If you are a smoker then stop smoking, tar can accumulate and give such a black mucus. Drink 4 to 5 litres of water a day. If it doesn’t help then get you sputum evaluated for fungus, bacteria and TB.
