Mucus discharging piles

I have both external and internal piles, now for 3 days Mucus is Discharging (transparent sticky water) and lump is not going slim remain fat outside anus and hard, mild pain, itchyness over lumps, Is time come for surgery? and How to Stop Mucus?

It shows infection. You need to keep the area neat & clean by Seitz bath (Potassium Permangnate crystals mixed in warm water & sitting in it after passing stools. Yeah it seems you should go for surgery, more so, if it is giving you trouble with pain, bleeding etc
