Mucosal thickening or mucus accumulation?? If it is mucus accumulation,please use montek LC tab morning amd evening after food..for a week. Consult an ent.

Good evening I would assume that mucosal thickening of the above said sinus is from ct scan It would be an incidental finding If in case u have any complaints then needs intervention or else nothing needs to be done take care thank you
