I am suffering from IBS or colitis with h pylori reactive in Nov 2019 after by gen.physian. in March 2020 continuous MUCOS discharge in toilet with foam and toilet colour is black due to lockdown situation no doctor is sitting in clinic l lost my 7 kg waight thin body posture and I am underwaight plz help me giving best idea...
