u must know that average indian penis size is 4.5 inches when erect and a penis of just 2 inches is sufficient to satisfy a female and penis size cannot be increased by spray or oil

There are very less evidence of MSM increasing penis size.  Also there ain't any proven medicines to increase or decrease penis size. The only option is surgery that too will increase the penis size by only an inch or so. Just for your information a penis size of 4 inches to 6 inches when erect is very much normal.
