I would advise Colonoscopy because one can take biopsy if there is any lesion.
Even if CECT abdomen shows any lesion in colon, Colonoscopy is needed.
If Colonoscopy and biopsy are reported as cancer, CECT abdomen will show if there is any spread in liver and peritoneal cavity.
