I had MRI of neck.complain was radiating pain in right hand. After few medicines that pain is less but still a pain felling and slight weakness and tiredness  is therei n hand and neck is stiff. What to do now? MRI shows mild scoliosis with loss of cervical lordosis. Discs are desiccated, with osteophytes and degenerative changes at multiple levels. C6–C7 disc has an annular tear and protrusion, compressing right C7 and C8 nerve roots. Additional disc-osteophyte complexes at C4–C5 and C5–C6 cause foraminal narrowing. Cord is normal.

If the weakness is increasing then you’ll have to get operated or else physiotherapy and medication can work
