I have to get MRi brain done... I am scared to get it done... my symptoms are dizziness, nausea esp when bending down.. and dull head n neck ache... I want to go for open MRI... I enquired from lab.. they do 0.3 Tesla open MRI Now I want to know if this range open MRi can rule out any major issues like tumours, MS, stroke or other injuries??

0.3 Tesla means that the machine is quite old. Nowadays we have 3 Tesla machines. 0.3 Tesla can also detect large lesions. You can take tab ZOPRESS beta 30 minutes before MRI . it will keep you calm.
