IMPRESSION: MR imaging of lumbosacral spine reveals: - · Straightening of lumbar spine. · Disc dessication changes at L4/5 & L5/S1 levels. · Diffuse posterior disc bulge with posterocentral protrusion and annular fissuring at L4/5 level indenting adjoining anterior thecal sac space, causing narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses /neural foramina and impinging bilateral exiting and adjoining ventral traversing nerve roots as described. · Mild diffuse posterior disc bulge with small posterocentra
