Mri ciss sequence for left side neurlgia
There is some vessel on left tn nerve and its not known whether its artery or vein or is it at root of the nerve?? I have consulted many neurosurgeons but no one is sure about it as i have atypical symptoms comes and goes away for months from 4 years.I will attach dicom links here so if any tarined neurosurgeon can check it and tell me whether its need mvd surgery means it could be possible cause then kindly reply here or what could it be vein or artery as i am getting different views on it from mvd surgeons all around.
