MR images reveal thrombosis of intracranial. part of left ICA with attenuated calibre and paucity of cortical branches of left MCA. What is meaning of this statement and what is treatment of this problem. Please sir tell me.

It just means that there is reduced blood flow to the left side of your brain due to a clot occluding a major blood vessel. Detailed clinical and laboratory evaluation to determine the cause for the clot is required to predict the chance of recurrence or progression of such clots in the future.
