Movements sporadic-20 weeks

Placenta - posterior Position-breech Movements started feeling last week and after that I barely felt any movement for past 3 days. Pregnant first time Is it any concern ? Should I meet gynaecologist and check it ? My anomaly scan was last week and baby was fine with good heartbeat and activity . As movements started last week . And absence of movement( less to no ) for past 3 days making me worry . Currently 20 th week
