- Brush twice daily ( morning and night)
- Use a medicated mouthwash at night.
- Floss if you feel food is stuck in between teeth.
- Have sufficient water.

Good morning
Mouth wash for long term not advised.
Kindly brush your teeth with any flouridated toothpaste twice daily for 2 mins and then after 30 mins of burshing use your mouth wash,continue mouth wash for a month and then discontinue. If required use it again after 3 months .
You can take limcee tablet for 30-45 days and discontinue.
