I have mouth ulser around 3 to 4 near my throats i can swallow any solid food this happened from past 3 days. Im taking b complex tables to it . Kindly suggest me the best medicine . Sex - male Age - 25

Continue b complex daily one for 10 days and apply dolo gel over the ulcer area after the meals.. avoid spicy and oily food, drink plenty of fluids.. if symptoms persist kindly consult
