Mouth ulcer is regular problem with me. I have no problem of constipation and usually drink lots of water on daily basis.  I had avoided outside food and also spicy food too. But still the problem persist. I had taken lots of consultation and medicine in allopathy, homeopathy but of no use. Kindly help me
