I'm suffering from mouth ulcer problem. It's all around my tongue & also on inner cheek. So, hurts when try to eat anything. Please suggest me some remedy. Also, i'm having my exams, so the medication should not put me to sleep. I'm applying that Smile gel since a day but it only provides momentary relief.

Hi These may be stress induced...avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic to area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk . have lot of fruits and vegetables.. Regards
