Hello, i am suffering from mouth ulcers since yesterday with badly chapped lips. Pus appearance is there if i apply boroline. Have used becosule tablet since last night but no improvement. It has only gotten worse. Not able to eat anything coz of the ulcers on my toungue.what should i apply on lips to make it go away. Pls help. Thanks
