Can I apply ice cubes to mouth ulcers to avoid irritation. Also can I gargle with salt water. Is this can I do?

Yes u can No gargles with salt water Do gargles with normal water / betadine Apply tess plus zyte gel locally apply bd Take cap bcomplex 1 od for 5 days
