Mouth ulcer

I am having mouth ulcer for last one week and its paining alot. Initially i used smily cream for two days no impact of that. Then my friend gave me kenacort gel which i used 2 days and taking b complex capsule as well. Today one of my MBBS friend suggested me to take pantop 40, B-Biotic capaule and zytee gel for application. I took the first dose tonight (15sept). Kindly suggest if anything better than this treatment because i never had such long term with mouth ulcer earlier it got cured in 2-4 days. Please some help its paining alot and i not able to eat well my stomach is also not digesting well these days.

Hi there I understand your concern..avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic to area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk . have lot of fruits and vegetables..continue medications as adviced.... Regards.

Hello there. I can understand your concern.  What your MBBS Friend suggested, you can continue those for some more days. Avoid oily and spicy foods.  Drink plenty of fluids. Tender coconut will also be helpful. After you recover also, Take tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for 10 days. Have lots of greens and fruits. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Hello there...I can understand your concern. Recuurent ulcers in the mouth can be due to many reasons like vitamin deficiency, candidiasis, herpes simplex infection, pemphigus, oral lichen planus. It is to determine the cause because treatment of each condition differs. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
