My 3 year old children last 2 day suffering mouth ulcer .and pain also also suffering digestive problem

Just see that ulcer dont have white patches. If its so can consult dr i  person. Otherwise the sugggest treatment should be give

Dr Bansal is absolutely right, in addition is give some painkillers like ibugesic plus 5 ml up to 3 times a day
