How to know if dentist is genuine and not money minded person. Plz I need serious tips regarding this.What is the correct procedure of diagnosis and the correct way to know about dentist in short time frame???

You have to trust the doctor you go to. After your consultation if you really don't feel confident then you can get a second opinion.  Ask your friends and relatives if they have visited a dentist whom they are happy with and you could go there. Ask the doctor to  explain to  you what your problem is and the full treatment plan and cost  in advance. That should be enough for you to decide.
