Wife had ear pain for 5 days and in next 2 days her mouth turned to one side when she smiled. So we went to ENT doctor. He checked ear and said that there is no problem in ear and it is because of cold sometimes this infection arises. This infection is not serious and with tablet and physiotherapy, it can be cured in a month maximum. Relatives are scaring me to go to a neurologist and check. I am confused and any advice would be good.

what you got is most likely bells palsy and easily curable in a month. if your relatives are doctors than take their advise. otherwise better follow the doctor. he wouldnt lie ? so be smart and wait .
