Hi, my brother in law is suffering from moustache growth. His moustache is not growing. Do u have any medical suggestions for his problem. Any creams or oil to grow

Hello,if there is patchy loss of hair over that area intralesional injection will help.need to evaluate before starting any treatment.
Next Steps
consult dermatologist to evaluate underlying causes too.
