I couldn't handle any long car journey (more than 20km). My motion sickness kicks in. I feels nausea during the journey.

Mecklizine tab 25 in empty stomach 30 min before traveling. U can repet 4 hrly. Emset4 MD to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly once to stop vomit.
