HELLO, TABLET STEMTIL MD,CAPSULE OCID-D, TABLET AVOMIN HALF AN HOUR OF JOURNEY WILL DEFINITELY HELPFUL.O ONE FROM EACH, WHEN EVER YOU START JOURNEY. ONE HOUR BEFORE JOURNEY. THAN SOME SOLID BREAKFAST BUT NOT MUCH, FOLLOWED BY TEA MILK. O.K,BYE.
