Hello there. I can understand your concern. You haven't attached the ultrasound reports so I won't comment on that. You can take a syp. Duphalac 15 ml before bed for 15 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Have a high fiber diet. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and and management. Best regards.
