Hello my father is aged 65 and he has diabetes, and he regularly takes tablets , and also daily he is getting little amount of motion happening in his inners, and he is not willing to tell us anything,I m worried please let me know what to do, to which doctor should I consult ,is it any serious problem???,daily he is having small amount of motion happening and he silently put the cloth for wash, I m worried please help me, y is it happening like this ?

Can be because of psychological issues or some ano rectal cause. Get him examined by a General or Colorectal surgeon.
