Moro reflex
My baby is 1 month old she often show Moro reflex streching her hand out for a second n back to normal and never cries. But today after her food we put her to sleep she slept for 15 mins showed jerky movements she was in Moro reflex but longer than other timesafter that she is restless keeps crying doesn't sleep. If we put down she gets more reflex n wakes. She wants to latch n only that makes her calm.. is it something to worry ? Note: to calm we gave b milk and also formula nothing worked
I guess that you have already seen your paediatrician by now.
Movement and reflexes can be very difficult at times to differentiate between normal (Moro's reflex in yourcase), abnormal (Myoclonic seizures)and some variants( Physiological Myoclonus).
