My wife has issue in morning sneezing everyday when she getup in the morning she start sneezing alot What could be the issue?

As per your description she might have developed allergic rhinitis.. avoid allergens.. need to be treated with anti-allergic medicines.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
