Morning sneezing and runny nose frequent
My Son 22 years , 70 Kg , 6 fit healthy with no medical issues is frequently getting allergy 3-4 times in a year during seasonal change. Morning sneezing, runny nose, stuffed nose and cold

MONETK L ( levocetrizine + Montekulast)
One tablet in night for 15 days and if required can be taken for one month also . Flutocanzole nasal spray 2 times
Plz advise for medicines or permanent cure .

If stuffed nose is one of the complaints,thn proceed with CT PNS and Nasal endoscopy if possible….medical treatment can be taken for 3 months …but still symptoms persist ,he may need surgical intervention for better lifestyle
