Usually diarrhea only in the morning and normal throughout the day goes more in favour of IBS. There may be periodic exacerbations in IBS. Don't worry, consult a gastroenterologist. You may require further / fresh evaluation usually in the form of ultrasound Abdomen and colonoscopy to rule out other diseases
