More than a week of Urinary problem

I can barely sleep.. My lower part of the abdomen aches. I have dysuria, and my urine production maximizes.. I always go to CR to pee and the urine that i only pee is lesser than the usual. And i felt something in my vaginal tract. It seems a little bit itchy or what. Please help me. I am a student and i cant study and sleep properly.
